How buying works

You buy each app once. It belongs to your Maniac ID, not to one computer.

Secure checkout

Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller. Pay by card or other local methods; VAT is worked out for your country.

Tied to your Maniac ID

Use the same e-mail address as your Maniac ID. The purchase appears in your account by itself.

Up to 5 PCs

Install your apps on up to 5 of your own PCs from Store › Purchased. No licence keys to type.

Runs where it’s installed

Each app is a signed, encrypted .mapp that runs only on Maniac OS, on the PC it was installed on.

Questions about buying

Which e-mail address should I use at checkout?

The one you use (or will use) for your Maniac ID. Purchases are matched to your Maniac ID by that address, and Maniac Darkroom then shows up under Store › Purchased on every PC where you’re signed in.

How do I install it after buying?

On Maniac OS, open Store, sign in with your Maniac ID if you haven’t already, go to Purchased and choose Install. Nothing else to type: the app is activated for that PC automatically.

Can I use it on more than one PC?

Yes — on up to 5 of your own PCs signed in with the same Maniac ID. You can remove a PC from your account at any time in Settings to make room for another.

What if I bought it but it doesn’t appear?

Check that you’re signed in with the same e-mail address you used at checkout. If you received a licence key by e-mail, choose Store › Redeem Licence Key… to add the purchase to your account. Still stuck? Write to support@maniaclab.app.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If something isn’t right, write to us within 14 days of your purchase and Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, refunds you. See the refund policy.
