Maniac Lab

Accessibility statement

Last updated: 27 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to use this website and our software, including people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, a screen reader, zoom or other assistive technology.

This website

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site has not been audited by an independent party; this statement is based on our own checks. In particular:

  • pages use headings, landmarks and lists in a meaningful order, and a “Skip to content” link comes first;
  • everything can be used with the keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator;
  • images and screenshots have text alternatives;
  • each page declares its language, Greek or English, and can be switched to the other;
  • the site follows your system’s light or dark appearance and respects “reduce motion”;
  • text can be enlarged with the browser’s zoom, and the layout adapts to small screens;
  • everything works without JavaScript.

Known limitations

  • Screenshots contain small interface text; their text alternatives describe what is shown rather than every word.
  • The checkout is provided by Lemon Squeezy, and its accessibility is outside our control.
  • Maniac OS and its apps offer keyboard shortcuts for menu commands and light and dark appearances, but they don’t yet have all the assistive features of larger operating systems, such as a built-in screen reader.
